A Return to
Rhythm + Ritual + Radiance
A year long container for the woman who is done piecing it together.
You’ve read the books. You’ve done the retreats. You’ve signed up for the courses, Followed the trends and tried the routines.
And something still doesn't feel like it was made for you.
Because it wasn't.
This is your return home to the part of you that already knows. Your inner medicine woman. The ancestral wisdom that lives in your body, waiting to be remembered.
The Wild Woman Collective is where that remembering happens.
Does this sound like you?
You're a woman who shows up. For your family, your work, your people. And you're ready to finally, fully show up for you.
You know yourself. You've done the inner work. You're ready for the next layer, not the first one.
You're not waiting for a crisis to take your health seriously.
You find more magic in a farmers market than a mall.
You'd rather spend a Saturday making rose Flower essence than brunching somewhere loud.
You believe food is medicine, rest is sacred, and the seasons know something we've forgotten.
You're looking for real sisters, the kind who remember what you said three months ago and ask you about it.
You can feel that something is shifting in your body and you want to move through it with wisdom, not fear.
Community is medicine.
This is the hEartbeat of the Wild Woman Collective.
This container holds around 20 women based in Hawai'i. Intimacy is the intention. Every member connects with Nina before joining, because this community is carefully held and intentionally curated.
Growth-oriented, open-minded, genuinely ready women welcomed.
“I feel deeply nourished, safe, and incredibly grateful to have found this space for learning and growth. I’m excited for all that’s unfolding- and all that’s yet to come- in this sacred, precious community you’ve created. With deep gratitude. ”
What if your wellness routine was actually built for your body?
For seven years I sat with women one-to-one in my Ayurvedic practice. I loved that work deeply. But I kept seeing the same pattern. A woman would come in, we would build a whole vision together, a real pathway toward change, and then life would happen. She would drop off. Sometimes I would run into her and she would say, oh, I am still tongue scraping, or I am still doing abhyanga. Just that one thing. And I would smile and mean it when I said that is wonderful. And I also knew we had barely scratched the surface of what was possible for her.
Knowing Ayurveda and living Ayurveda are two different things. Living it requires rhythm. It requires accountability. It requires a community on the same path, showing up together week after week, season after season. It requires something that a handful of sessions cannot hold.
That is why I built this as a year-long container. Because real change does not happen in a weekend. It happens in the ordinary moments, the community call you showed up to even when you were tired, the morning practice you returned to after falling off, the season you moved through with more grace than the last one.
I also wanted to create something more fun. Gathering people has always been part of my nature. I show up to our community calls & gatherings because they feed me too. I built something I wanted to be inside of. And I am.
In January 2025, the Wild Woman Collective was born.
This is possible for you. I promise.
Ready to explore if this is your next step?
“Endless gratitude to Nina for the care and intention she pours into the Wild Woman Collective. I’m not only learning how to make sustainable lifestyle changes and becoming the healthiest version of myself, I’ve also found a deep sense of connection and sisterhood. Gathering in person at Ninaʻs beautiful mountain home was pure joy. I’m already counting the days until we meet again!”
the Wild Woman Collective Came to Me in a Stream.
On Sundays, my husband Mike and I go to swim in the stream near our house. On one particular Sunday in April, 2024 we hiked up through the stream bed to a the little waterfall. We hung out there for a while, and on the way back down, I stepped underneath a massive fern, 20+ tall, with leaves ten feet long. Enormous & ancient.
The moment I stepped under it, Wild Woman Collective came to me. The name. The structure. The archetypes. The bones of everything you are now a part of. It arrived all at once, like being electrocuted by dharma, my life's calling.
I stopped & asked Mike to take a picture of me under that fern. I didn't even tell him why. I just knew I needed to capture this moment because things were still coming, more and more detailed & ideas, I was afraid of losing it. When we got home I didn't even go inside. Still dripping wet, I sat outside and wrote everything down as fast as I could.
I have thought about that moment many times since. Wild Woman Collective is mine, and it also feels like it was given to me. Like it was asking to be born. Like it was asking something of me.
This is my dharma, my life's work. And if you're reading this, I believe you found it for a reason.
My Wild Woman Collective fern moment, April 2024
What does it mean to be a wild woman?
If the word wild gave you pause, you're not alone.
Wildness, in this context, has nothing to do with being reckless or loud or untamed in the way the word sometimes gets used. It is something quieter and deeper than that. It is the part of you that knows how to live in rhythm with the natural world. The part that feels the pull of the seasons, the cycles of the moon, the intelligence of your own body. The part that gets swept under the rug of a full life, buried beneath to-do lists, obligations, and the relentless pace of modern living.
The Wild Woman is the version of you that is fully expressed and deeply connected.
Not powerful in the way the world has told women to be powerful, chasing, achieving, performing. Powerful in the way the earth is powerful. Generative. Rooted. Expansive. The kind of power that grows things quietly and holds everything steady.
Connected to your intuition. Your cycles. The seasons. The intelligence of your own body. The wisdom that lives in softness, in listening, in knowing.
Rewilding is the process of finding her again. Of returning to the rhythms that have always been there. The cycles of your body, the turning of the seasons, the wisdom of plants, the intelligence of rest. Of reclaiming the parts of yourself that got quieted somewhere along the way.
This is what we do here. Together.
Ayurveda is our foundation. Nature is our guide. Community is what makes it real and sustainable.
If something in you is saying yes, I hope you'll trust it.
A year of returning to yourself looks like this...
You wake up and your morning practice is already waiting for you. Rooted in your constitution, your season, your actual life. It holds you before the day even begins.
You move through each season knowing exactly what your body needs. That quiet confidence replaces the midnight Google spirals, the supplement rabbit holes, the constant second guessing. You finally have a framework that was built for you.
You have women in your life who know your story. Who remember the thing you said three months ago about wanting to make that change, start that thing, dream that dream. Women who give you permission to want more than you'd ever let yourself want alone, and then hold you to it.
Your fertility years feel supporteD and informed. Perimenopause feelS like a passage, not a crisis. Menopause feels like an initiation, not an ending.
You catch yourself giving advice to a friend and realizing, oh. I actually know this. Not because you memorized it. Because you lived it. That knowledge is yours to keep for the rest of your life.
“I don’t have to make huge, drastic changes all at once. Small subtle changes with consistency create the foundation for healthy, nourishing habits. You don’t have to be perfect or have everything figured out to belong here.”
A year goes by either way.
Let this be the one that changes things.
All it takes is one honest conversation to find out if this is your next step.
Seven archetypes.
One whole woman.
A full year of coming back to yourself.
Each pillar of the Collective was built around a woman you already are, somewhere inside you. These teachings give You language, tools, and a community to grow in.
This knowledge is yours to keep for the rest of your life.

Ready to find out if WWC is your next step?
Meet the practitioner who built what she kept wishing existed.
Nina Pullella is a Board-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, herbalist, and chef living on the Windward side of O'ahu. She studied at the California College of Ayurveda and has trained with some of the most respected teachers in the field, bringing over a decade of deep study into everything she shares inside the Collective.
After seven years of one-to-one Ayurvedic practice, she built the Wild Woman Collective because she kept seeing the same thing: ancient wisdom lands differently when you're surrounded by women walking the same path.
When she's not leading calls, experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen, or deep in her la'au lapa'au practitionership with her Kumu, you'll find her tending her garden in the Ko'olau mountains, swimming in her neighborhood's freshwater stream, or sitting somewhere quiet with a book (currently deep in the Mary Magdalene and Rose lineage rabbit hole) & her three cats, Panther, Boots, and Mimi.
To Nina, wild woman means reconnected. To the seasons, to the land, to the ancient wisdom that lives in your body. That's the thread woven through everything inside this container.
Meet Nina fully here.

Seasonal In-Person Gatherings
Hands-on herbal workshops, ceremonies, and make-and-takes at each equinox and solstice on O'ahu, so the wisdom lands in your body, not just your notes.
Annual Camping Trip (or glamping depending on the location)

“There’s something so special about what Nina has built with the Wild Woman Collective. It’s more than a women’s group. It’s a living, breathing circle of wisdom, laughter, healing, and heart. I’ve learned so much about balance, Ayurveda, and honoring the seasons within myself.”
