Reset your digestion, energy, daily rhythm, and inner guidance for the season ahead

Spring is a season of movement, renewal, and release.

In nature, the energy of winter begins to thaw. Plants push upward through the soil, sap begins to flow through trees, and the natural world shifts from stillness into motion.

Our bodies move through similar seasonal rhythms.

After the slower, heavier qualities of winter, many people begin noticing signs that their system is ready for change.

This can show up as:

• sluggish digestion or bloating
• low or inconsistent energy
• mental fog or heaviness
• weight gain or feeling stuck in the body
• disrupted sleep or irregular daily rhythm
• feeling disconnected from your body's signals

In Ayurveda, spring is considered a powerful time to support the body in clearing what has accumulated during the colder months.

When we understand these seasonal shifts and work with them intentionally, the body often responds with greater clarity, vitality, and balance.

This workshop will help you understand what your body may be asking for right now and how to support it through simple, foundational Ayurvedic principles.

During this interactive two-hour workshop, you'll learn about the four pillars that shape vitality:

Digestion
How your body transforms food into nourishment and energy, and why digestive strength plays such a central role in overall health.

Energy
Understanding the steadiness of your vitality throughout the day and how seasonal shifts can influence fatigue, cravings, and motivation.

Daily Rhythm
How sleep, meals, movement, and the pace of your life influence the body's ability to regulate and restore balance.

Inner Guidance
Reconnecting with the signals and wisdom of your body so you can recognize what supports you and what may be creating imbalance.

Digestion
How efficiently the body transforms food into nourishment and energy.

The steadiness of vitality throughout the day.

Daily Rhythm
Sleep patterns, meal timing, movement, and the pace of daily life.

Your connection to the signals and wisdom of your body.

Together, these pillars reveal where your system feels supported and where renewal may be needed.

• Reflect on patterns in digestion, energy, rhythm, and body awareness
• Explore where balance may be asking to be restored
• Connect with the version of yourself you are becoming through a guided visualization

You will leave the workshop with greater clarity, practical insight, and a renewed sense of direction for your health and well-being.

Your workbook will also remain a resource you can return to throughout the season or revisit next spring.
